Had a fantastic stay at this apartment. Spacious and extremely clean. The price is very affordable. The apartment is tucked in an alleyway. Madison was a big help. She guided me every steps upon check-in and looked after me during my stay via whatsapp. Thank you for the hospitality, I would definitely stay here again the future.

The place is in a great location—very accessible to shops, transport, and key spots around the area. The owner was incredibly accommodating, always ready to assist and made us feel right at home. Highly recommended for a smooth and comfortable stay!

We stayed here recently and unfortunately were quite disappointed with our experience. The main issue was cleanliness. The room had a strong unpleasant smell, visible mould, and we even saw large slugs inside, which was very off-putting. The most concerning issue was that kitchen waste water drained out of a pipe directly onto the shower floor, making it unhygienic and uncomfortable to even use the bathroom, we came out the shower feeling dirtier then before we got in. There was also no hot water during our stay. In regards to staff there wasn’t an issue however I messaged the host a day in advance just asking if we would have early check in if possible, we sat there for hours (which isn’t the hosts fault we was just early) but we watched a member of staff clean the room then leave and when messaging the host she was still saying the cleaner had not contacted her so we couldn’t go in and that she would contact us when we could, she never contacted us whatsoever saying we could go in and yet we sat there for 2 hours after the cleaner had left when we could of just gone in prior. One of the reasons we booked this property was for the advertised projector with Netflix, but it unfortunately didn’t work. We had also chosen it because of the kitchen facilities, however there was only one small plate and one fork available, and the kettle was mouldy, so it wasn’t usable. The 11pm gate lock system could be reassuring from a safety perspective, but the process wasn’t very smooth. We messaged 35 minutes before returning (as instructed to give advance notice), yet still had to wait around 40 minutes outside before being let in, which wasn’t ideal late at night. On a positive note, the price was cheap, the location was very good, and the locked gate did make the property feel secure. However, due to the hygiene and maintenance issues, we wouldn’t choose to stay here again.
