    The rooms are not overly big, but you'll be out a lot, shower is just a shower head spraying all over the relatively small bathroom, but that is quite common here and many hotels are like this. What makes this place so great is the very kind owner who speaks great English and is incredibly helpful. There are lots of great restaurants and some great bars and restaurants around, others can be easily reached, you are well located to see some sights and it is tucked away in one of the narrow alleys where it is very quiet, great for your sleep at night despite being close to the tacky party area around Buy Vien. Stayed here for a week and would come again. Stayed somewhere else for my first night, but it was terrible and then found this place on Google Maps, very happy with the choice

    Super cozy room, ensuite bathroom (not shared as written in agoda), clean and stocked. Feels like home for first time in a long time.

    Good: Place is new and clean Big Projector Screen Netflix, YouTube Few lightings to on/off Mini Fridge Drinking Water (Can refill via big bottle at kitchen) Clean toilet (with toiletries provided) Cold Air-con Washing machine & dryer (free use, with detergent provided also) Main house door can only access via scan chip, easy for access and security. Have CCTV around the house too (exclude room) Very good location to D1 and other districts, with many amenities nearby. Peaceful environment Friendly and nice host Not So Good: Hard mattress, back pain for the 1st few days Slow Wifi Occasionally saw few (1-2) dead cockroaches in the kitchen (but host provided bottom door seal for the rooms, so pests can't come in) Sometimes will feel itchy if touch the wooden bedframe, or when in bed. Probably the blanket or bedsheet. But still okay, only slight itch, v minor issue. Just have to wipe the bedframe, cabinets with disinfectant more often and wash the sheets or covers more thorough) Overall highly recommended, but wish that host can continue to improve on those "not so good" things. If willing to improve further, will make it my number 1 staying place whenever I come to HCM.
