The owners are useless and rude. I reached at the property in between 4-5 pm (I did put the same expected time of arrival in agoda for them to see) and the owners were like, the room booked for you has been allotted to someone else. And they had another room with was *** extra for the same amenities and room size. For their mistake, after useless bargaining, i paid 250 extra for that good for nothing room. There were hell lot of stains in the bedsheet, no water bottle provided, no wifi is there, cracks on floor, no proper sign board to identify this place from outside, no proper office/reception, location is away from the city and taxi/auto will charge you 120Rs just to go 3 kms to the railway station. Also the owner while bargaining was like "we could have cancelled your reservation but we didn't because the customers would understand the situation. And this is not our 1st property, we have resorts and all". Bro, who cares if you have resorts. Why would the customers suffer for your mistakes? You guys don't even provide basic amenities provided by other properties which are far better than theirs but you guys still have the audacity to ask for more money and put the blame on us. It was a mistake that I booked your place. Waste of my money and time.
