This probably the coldest hotel room I ever stay before. Guess the centralized air conditioning unit hence it's still freezing cold even after I lower the fan, and adjusted the temperature. Anyway, the room is spacious and clean, facilities all good with the water filter just few steps away. Very convenient with walking distance less than 15 mins to MRT Kajang line (station Mutiara Damansara). Eateries alot and Ikea Damansara right opposite the hotel. Parking also convenient in the mall basement carpark and cheap daily rate.

8 / 10Excellent·Oct 2026

The breakfast service was disappointing. It was difficult to find a clean table, even though there were approximately five to six empty tables available. Unfortunately, all of these tables had used plates and utensils left on them and had not been cleared. As there were no other clean tables available, I had to approach the floor captain and inform her about the poor service and disappointing experience. She explained that the hotel was short-staffed. I hope the hotel management will address this issue by improving the breakfast service and ensuring that tables are cleared and cleaned promptly. It would also be beneficial to provide a greater variety of breakfast options. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this hotel at this time unless improvements are made to the service and breakfast offerings.

The hotel receives a 5 stars rating for location as its next to train station & an array of malls & eateries - more than you can think of to suit most travellers. Please note the gym is not at the facility & you will be given a token to use Fitness First which is less than 5 mins walk & is an amazing value. The main downside for me which I forgot to take pictures of was the cleanliness of the room. There was smoke smell in my non smoking room which had a balcony so I reckon that could be the reason. There was a patch of I don’t know what on my bedside headboard & the toilet was filthy with stains & grime. Drinking water pitcher as seen in the pictures is filthy as water needs to be obtained at the corridor for refill. Overall a 5/5 for location & amenities outside of hotel.
