Great holiday destination, great hospitality, great staff

The resort itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and offers a pleasant stay. The room, facilities, and overall environment met my expectations. However, my experience with the Reservations Officer was disappointing. I found the service lacking in professionalism and hospitality. Instead of trying to assist with my requests, it felt like every request was immediately rejected without much consideration. I had also informed them in advance that we were celebrating my brother’s birthday, hoping they might help make the occasion a little more special, but there was no effort to accommodate or even show a welcoming attitude. I understand that not every request can be fulfilled, especially depending on availability. However, the way requests are handled is just as important as the outcome. A more courteous, empathetic, and guest-focused approach would have made a significant difference.

During check-in, the staff informed us of an additional charge for an extra guest, which we were fine with. However, considering the price we paid, the overall service did not meet our expectations. Communication with the hotel was one of the main issues. Guests are required to contact the reception via WhatsApp for assistance, but responses were often delayed or sometimes not received at all, requiring us to follow up multiple times. The breakfast selection was limited and there was nothing particularly memorable about it. The staff at the coffee house and the buggy service team were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and provided excellent customer service throughout our stay. The room had a noticeable old smell, and the furniture appears outdated and could benefit from an upgrade with price they charge guest. The property have direct access to the beach.
