    The swimming pool at the Royal Mirage Agadir was fantastic, offering a perfect place to unwind and soak up the sun. The staff, the reception, restaurant personnel, room service, and the baggage handlers, were all professional and attentive, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay. The room was spacious with a beautiful sea view, and the bed was large and incredibly comfortable, guaranteeing a great night's sleep.

    The air conditioning in our room was not working throughout our stay. We reported the issue multiple times, and each time we were told that a technician would come to fix it. Despite repeated reminders, no technician ever arrived, and the problem was never resolved. The outside temperature was between 35°C and 40°C, making the room extremely hot and uncomfortable. We were travelling with an infant, and the excessive heat made it very difficult for our baby, who was clearly struggling because of the high temperature. We also requested a kettle to prepare our infant’s food. We were assured that one would be sent to our room, but despite reminding the staff several times, we never received it. This caused unnecessary inconvenience, especially when travelling with a young child. Overall, we were very disappointed with the lack of response and poor customer service. Our concerns were repeatedly acknowledged but never acted upon, which had a significant negative impact on our stay. We would not recommend staying here based on our experience.
