I was very disappointed with my 8-day stay at Rowena’s Transient House. Unfortunately, the facilities and overall service did not meet my expectations. The room was dirty, the bathroom was extremely unhygienic, and basic amenities were lacking. The air conditioner was also not cooling properly, making the room uncomfortable, especially during warm weather. Another major concern was the lack of housekeeping. Throughout my stay, no staff member came to clean the room or even check if it needed maintenance. For an 8-day stay, I expected at least basic cleaning services and a clean, comfortable environment, but sadly, this was not provided. The Wi-Fi service was also inconvenient. Although Wi-Fi was advertised as free, each connection was limited to only seven hours. Once the time limit expired, guests had to contact the staff again to request another connection. This was inconvenient and unnecessary, especially for guests staying for several days. Overall, I was dissatisfied with the cleanliness, facilities, and guest services. I understand that this is a transient house and not a luxury hotel, but basic cleanliness, a properly functioning air conditioner, essential amenities, and convenient Wi-Fi access should be standard expectations for any accommodation. Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend Rowena’s Transient House to others, especially those looking for a clean, comfortable, and hassle-free place to stay. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves the cleanliness, facilities, and overall service to provide future guests with a much better experience.
