    We came back in this hotel for check-in around 4:00 pm and still, the room is not yet ready. So we just waited for 30 minutes and settled our payment. After that, the receptionist gave us the key for the room. When we reached our room in 3rd floor, the housekeepers (3 or 4 housekeepers ) haven't finished cleaning the room and they are banging something inside and we also noticed that the floor is very wet. We asked if there is something wrong and they answered to just wait. After that, they called us and when we checked the room, the floor is still wet. We asked them to wipe, they hesitated at first, and we just asked them again. One staff member took something to wipe the floor, just a little bit. When we checked again, still, the floor is wet, but the worst part of all, we noticed that the walls, around the room are soaking wet too... we are so alarmed by this. We complained to the front desk and he said to wait for one hour again... we were so disappointed and just cancelled our reservation. We need to stay in Jeddah for 4 days and we cannot tolerate the room and the staffs.
