From the moment we arrived, Prime Hotel Al Hamra set a new standard for care and service—truly a home away from home! 🤝 Communication was smooth and prompt from start to finish, and every single staff member greeted us with warmth and a willing attitude. We want to give our highest praise to Mr. Ahmed Mehran, the Manager—he went above and beyond for our family! Learning we had young children, he kindly arranged a COMPLIMENTARY UPGRADE to a wonderful upper-level room, perfectly chosen so it was quiet and peaceful, ensuring our little ones slept soundly. 🛏️✨ He also took the time to give us excellent, insider tips on the best places to shop and visit in Jeddah—saving us time and guiding us perfectly! We also couldn’t forget Nehal, who was incredibly helpful, attentive, and supportive throughout our stay—always there with a smile and ready to assist in every way. 💖 The location is absolutely IDEAL—right close to all famous landmarks, attractions, and key spots in Jeddah, making getting around effortless whether for pilgrimage, sightseeing or shopping. 📍🏛️ Facilities were fantastic too! Breakfast buffet was outstanding—fresh, delicious, with a huge variety of daily options to suit every taste. 🥞🍳 Our children absolutely loved the swimming pool, and the gym was well-equipped and clean. 🏊‍♂️💪 Every worker we encountered—from reception to housekeeping and concierge—was polite, professional, and eager to help. We highly, HIGHLY recommend Prime Hotel Al Hamra to everyone—families, couples, pilgrims and travelers alike! Really enjoyed my stay here, staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Personally came to see us off to the car as we checked out. Definitely recommend

My main issue was that the hotel was dusty and not clean at all. I had bed experience with the lifts. The workers don't help with luggages. They don't have big trollies. It took them 1 hr 15min to take my luggages to my room because of the lift not working. The smell of the hotel was getting to me.
