This place is well located especially for those who enjoy a walk or jog in the park across the street. The rooms are actually pretty basic and the highlight for me was the common kitchen which has a oversized fridge and a large dining table.

My flight was late, so it was almost midnight when I checked in and showered. A cockroach crawled under the hanger. After showering, I opened the bathroom door and the floor molding was falling off. And the soundproofing was absolutely flawless, so I could hear people walking around. I couldn't sleep all night and checked out right away the next morning.
