We booked this room at a very last minute, on the day itself but overall, the room is nice. They don't have AC but provided with fan. Quite hot at night even though it was end of Sept. The location is very near to Termini station, very convenient for us since we were traveling via train on the next morning.

The only best thing about this place is the location. Sadly the place looked nice but things were not working and missing No remote foe airconditioner Light was minimal need more light very dark when the sun sets And outlets were not working I think the sofa bed is not clean properly and under the bed is very dirty

This property uses completely false advertising; the room looked absolutely nothing like the photos on Agoda. Our terrible experience began at check-in. We arrived at 4:03 PM and still met the receptionist, who refused to help us check in and abruptly left after handing us a contact number. When we texted the number, we were asked to send photos of our passports and credit cards over text, raising serious data privacy and security concerns. The room itself was a nightmare: The room was foul-smelling, and the bed sheet made us feel itchy. The AC was not cold, barely worked, the Wi-Fi was completely broken, and the shower was quite narrow. The walls were paper-thin, and we could hear every bit of noise from the neighboring room. I highly recommend staying away from this place. I hope no other guests have to endure the awful experience we had.

We were there for 3 nights and barely slept even for few hrs. AC never worked, staff mentioned that no is available to fix this on Sundays, we checked out on Tuesday and still it was not working.
