    We arrived after 4 pm when the gate was closed. I called after hour because they do not have a reception. The parson I spoke was totally unhelpful and no support provided. Because we did not do a checking. We were not able to do this on the street in a dangerous unsafe area. 2 suitcases were lost including our IPad. The staff refused request to complete docs the next day although we had paid our stay. We found another hotel. Staff mentioned the hote was in another building. I do not recommend this hotel. This is my second review including request for cancellation and refund.

    This was a charming little apartment right next to the train station. Great choice!

    I chose this hotel for its central Rome location, which was great for conveyance. . However, there are a few areas that need attention. The washroom did not have toiletries and some curtain hooks were broken. There are also no digital locks on the doors. The front office closes at 4 PM, and after that phone assistance is only available in Italian, which made it difficult to get help. My main concern was safety. While the location is central, the area just outside the main gate felt uncomfortable throughout the day. Having a security guard at the entrance would make guests feel much safer. I hope the management considers these points to improve the guest experience.

    Too many drug addicts and homeless people around. Very dirty streets leading to hotel . I was shocked and scared.
