ROBINSON для меня — это не просто обычный отель, а настоящая международная общность. Здесь встречаются гости из разных стран, и национальность не играет никакой роли. Как русская гостья я с первого момента почувствовала себя очень комфортно и желанной — в том числе потому, что среди персонала есть русские и русскоязычные сотрудники. Здесь быстро расслабляешься и чувствуешь себя почти как в большой клубной семье. Моим личным главным впечатлением стала спортивная программа. Особенно мне понравились йога и пилатес, но в целом предложение намного шире: фитнес-курсы, стретчинг, функциональные тренировки, Free Athletics и современный фитнес-зал с отличными тренажёрами и красивым видом. Спортивная программа регулярно меняется, её удобно смотреть в приложении ROBINSON или на сайте. Мы также загрузим актуальное расписание, потому что по нему хорошо видно, насколько много здесь предлагают каждый день. Если хочется, здесь можно быть активной почти весь день — а потом спокойно вернуть потраченные калории за ужином, с хорошими напитками или вечером в баре. Очень приятным я также считаю концепт Bed & Breakfast: даже при таком формате в течение дня включены выбранные напитки в баре. Вечером можно отдельно добавить ужин, остаться в клубе, поехать поужинать за его пределами или заказать что-то по меню. Всё очень гибко и удобно. К этому добавляются красивый Spa-зона, хороший сервис, расслабленная атмосфера и очень приятные гости. Идеально для sporty girls, пар, подруг или тех, кто путешествует один. Особенно рекомендую русскоязычным гостям просто попробовать ROBINSON — здесь действительно легко почувствовать себя на месте.

I visited here when it was Tui Blue, and enjoyed it enough to want to come back. Positives: it still has very friendly staff, and a magnificent location on a gigantic section of beach, with a lot of lovely swimming pools. Negatives: Robinson is a German organisation, and the guests have German habits. Typically 90% of sunbeds are vacant, but all reserved with a towel. Food is good, but not the Vietnamese experience I enjoy: bland international stuff, with a few nods to Vietnam. 1 of the reasons I came here, was that they used to have a free shuttle to Hoi An. That's discontinued- you have to pay for your transport. If you're interested in going somewhere more local, it's easy to order Grab, but it's just too far to walk, and they dont have bicycles. This is all forgiveable, but my big problem was the NOISE. I travelled 1 hour South from Hoi An to get a more local Vietnamese feel, and PEACE. Robinson now has loud music booming out till after midnight, and the bass notes continue to shake distant rooms. Conclusion: if you want a bland, Euro resort, with some action, and not too much influence from the country it's based in, fine. If you want tranquility, a feel of real Vietnam, and a chance to socialise with locals, try the much cheaper Tam Thanh Resort, eat in the local seafood restaurants, and stroll up the beach to George's Bar (British, but its own kind of local flavour).
