Broken switchs, dirty bathroom and rooms, broken cuburds. Bad smell. I didn't like the hotel other than the location

I had been to Murudeshwar a couple of days back with my family and booked RNS Highway hotel for our stay. Since we had reached at the lunch time, we thought to have our food before checking in. The entire restuarant was empty however, just as we were settling there was another family of 16 members arrival. The restuarant was hardly filled by 5 tables in total. The captain who was supposed to take the order was in such a hurry that he was outrightly urging us to order quickly or else once the other family starts ordering the food he will not be able to take our order
Meanwhile my husband asked to serve them(my parents and himself) 3 meals and I had ordered a fish fry. But the captain didn't consider my order and got frustrated and went ahead to serve the other family.
After a while another captain came to verify the order and then we realized that my order was not taken and the blame was on my husband that he had asked them to serve meals first and meanwhile we will be ready with my order since I was still checking the menu.
If that was the case, they should have come to check whether I was ready with my order or not but NO he just avoided coming to our table and was busy serving the other family even though few of them were done with their lunch
Now my question is....being in restuarant business, is this how the customers are treated when there were people only in 4-5 tables. If this mere 20 members cannot be handled by a single captain then how will they serve when the entire restuarant is full ?
I never heard any captain or manager saying that they will not be able to serve one customer when there are people in other tables. This was the first time I came across such horrible hospitality in restuarant. Even my dad is a manager in a reputed chain of hotel and I have seen him handling many customers with lots of patience and priority even when the customers had to wait in waiting list to get seats/table but never denied or made customers feel they are not welcome.
Again food was also not great, we ended up having stomach upset and nauseous for entire 2 days straight. Thankfully it was the last day of our trip or else we would have ended up suffering our entire journey.
