Worst service while check out. We have checked in late because of their mistake and they started troubling us from 12:00 pm.

I had a very unpleasant experience here. I did not stay even 10 minutes, as I noticed mosquitoes in the room at 3 PM during check‑in. When I reported this to the room attendant, he suggested I upgrade to a higher‑priced room and, if I insisted, was only willing to provide a mosquito coil. Furthermore, my allocated room was not part of the main building; it was separate, looked old, and had construction materials piled up in front. When I raised my concerns, the owner offered two options: if he cancelled my stay, I would need to wait for Agoda to process the refund, but if I cancelled, he would return only 50% of the amount paid. I eventually agreed to the partial refund. Despite my genuine concerns, the owner refused to acknowledge the issues and instead pressed me to pay more for basic amenities
