The room was small, but for a solo traveler it was fine. It had a full sized bed, and a sink with large mirror. The light above the mirror was not bright enough. The bathroom light has motion sensor, so it turns off if you are in the shower. The TV does not get local channels, but you can cast movies from a phone app. I had a window with a view of Riverside Park. The room and common areas looked very clean. They only offer coffee, tea and hot chocolate in the lobby lounge area. Check in and out was quick. The staff were great. I would stay there again.

it's a nice & super clean hotel, i'm happy i saved money, i stayed in July and everywhere else is really expensive. One can see it's a small room but quite comfy and if you are slim , there is no discomfort at all.

This hotel is good. Location is at a place not too close nor too far from the center. A bit quiet and close to the water, as indicated in its name. The room is relatively small, to be fair, and the housekeeping was never attentive, even though I asked them twice about it during my stay. Everyone I met complained about their elevators. The male staff at the reception were quite friendly and helpful. I would not recommend this hotel to those who travel to NYC for its busy and rhythmic vibe.
