Rivera is an exceptionally clean and well maintained hotel. The staff and owner were amazingly friendly and helpful, offering early check-in and even late check-out. Booking an extra night was seamless, although their lack of credit card facilities was abit inconvenient. The room was HUGE and the beds comfy, however I had booked a "sea-view" room which I didn't get, and thus kept the curtains closed mostly. The bathroom and shower were incredibly clean and spacious, plus the shampoo, conditioner, bodywash and smalls were of high quality. I did read in other reviews about hot water issues, but forgot about them until my first cold shower at 4am! I am quite aware that Vietnamese folks don't understand the need for hot HOT water in the middle of Summer, but the hotel is advertising to an international clientele, and so should cater thusly.
Overall an exeptionally good stay - just query the hot water situation if that's important to you. Thanks again to the wonderfull staff and owner!
