    Homestay đẹp, trong trung tâm, thuận tiện đi tham quan nhiều điểm, nhân viên rất thân thiện, nhiệt tình, tuy nhiên có những lỗi rất căn bản mà mình ở nhiều khách sạn, chưa bao giờ gặp như ở đây: Nhân viên rất dễ thương, nhiệt tình nhưng có vẻ chưa được đào tạo nghiệp vụ, khi mình phản ánh nắp bình nước uống rất dơ, và mình đã uống phải nước có dính nắp bình dơ (là bình thủy tinh fill nước, được dùng lại nhiều lần), bạn nhân viên không xin lỗi hay nói để khắc phục, mà chỉ lấy chai nước mình đi rửa thật lẹ và thay chai khác, giống như không có chuyện gì xảy ra. Phòng không có những cái căn bản như: trà cafe, không có ấm nước đun siêu tốc, không có điện thoại liên hệ với tiếp tân. Chỉ có trà túi tự pha ở tiếp tân, nhưng mình không được nhân viên cho biết khi nhận phòng, chỉ khi mình hỏi mới được thông báo. Ngày đầu mình vào phòng cũng không có nước uống, khi mình hỏi, nhân viên báo quên, và rót chai nước đưa mình. Cửa kính ngay cửa sổ rất dơ, như không được lau chùi, vệ sinh. Kệ để khăn tắm, khăn mặt cũng rất dơ, có thể thấy rõ lớp bụi dày trên kệ. Nhà tắm có mùi hôi khi bước vào, và nước bị động lại, tràn ra ngoài chỗ ngồi bồn cầu dưới sàn, không rút được, mình có nói nhân viên lên kiểm tra, sau đó nước được rút hết, nhưng chiều tắm thì nước động lại như cũ. Gối dơ. Cửa nhà tắm bị hư, mỗi lần đóng mở hơi khó. Phòng qua hôm sau không dọn, mặc dầu sáng sớm trước khi ra ngoài, mình có nhờ nhân viên cho dọn phòng. Sau khi mình complain thì có được khắc phục. Mình thấy tiện ích và vệ sinh như vậy không phù hợp với giá 600,000/night.
