The location is very good—less than a 5-minute walk to the nearest taxi pick-up and drop-off point. The staff was amazing, especially Mr. Ali, who went above and beyond my expectations. He is a truly professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and caring person. He suggested I take a day tour to Meknes, Volubilis, and Moulay Idriss, which turned out to be a lovely activity.Mr. Ali even worried about me not going out for dinner one night after a walking tour of the medina, and checked to make sure I was okay after hearing some noise from my room late at night. He also arranged a taxi and helped me with my luggage to the pick-up point. Job well done, Ali!Fatima, another staff member, was sweet and very friendly with a beautiful smile always. The whole staff, in general, was nice. They kept my room clean and provided me with fresh towels regularly.So, a big thumbs up to everyone at Riad Alassala who made my stay comfortable and enjoyable!
