Subject: Formal Complaint and Request for Refund To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding my stay on July 20, 2026. I chose your hotel because I needed a safe place to cool down, drink water, charge my phone, and sleep. At check-in, I informed the front desk that I could only pay the required deposit using Apple Pay or tap-to-pay. When I was told those payment methods were not accepted, I immediately offered to retrieve my physical credit card. The employee told me that would not be necessary and issued me a room key. Based on that interaction, I reasonably believed the matter had been resolved. Instead, I was awakened at approximately 1:00 a.m. and required to leave the property because of a deposit issue. At the time, I was intoxicated, confused, exhausted, exhausted, and not in a condition to safely care for myself. Regardless of the reason for requiring me to leave, doing so under those circumstances was both unsafe and dangerous and demonstrated a serious disregard for guest safety. The employee I dealt with was rude and dismissive throughout my stay. I was refused a towel when I requested one, and when I was required to leave, I was not permitted to retrieve my phone charger or my water bottle. Without my charger, I was unable to keep my phone powered to call for assistance, and without my water, I was left without a basic necessity. My vehicle was approximately a 30-minute drive away, so my only option was to begin walking toward it in hopes of eventually reaching it and sleeping there. In my condition, that walk would have taken hours. After only about 15 minutes of walking, I collapsed in the grass and lost consciousness. I did not wake up until approximately nine hours later, after being exposed outdoors for an extended period. Later that day, I was transported to the emergency room, where I was diagnosed with heat-related illness and severe dehydration. I experienced confusion, uncontrollable shaking, facial twitching, difficulty speaking, and genuinely believed I was having a stroke. I required IV fluids, blood work, and emergency medical treatment. As a result of this incident, I experienced significant physical and emotional distress. I believe the circumstances surrounding my removal from the property created an unnecessary and avoidable guest safety risk that ultimately contributed to my medical emergency. I respectfully request: * A full refund for my stay. * A written explanation of why I was treated in this manner. * A description of the steps that will be taken to improve guest safety and ensure another guest is not placed in a similarly dangerous situation. The hotel was great on price. Don't hear no noise at night, which is surprising. Staff is nice. Rooms are clean to a certain extent. Other than that it's a good hotel for a good price

The bed was subpar and I was worried there were stains and bugs I couldn't see I used lysol on the entire bed and will have to wash everything after my stay

Worst part about it is they have employees that take part in all of their shady ways they treat travelers. Do not ever stay here as a U S Marine, a Father & a person with integrity & morals DO NOT STAY HERE. Staff supports & are included in the worst place to find rest. No stars if I could've in my review
