    We had an amazing stay at Borgos resort for 1 night at an exceptional deal. The property is huge with nice walking space, courteous staff, awesome buffet breakfast with vast selection, 2 restaurants - 1 offering assamese cuisine and the other a multi-cuisine. We tried the Assamese Thali and it was super tasty and sumptuous. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Borgos resort.

    The moment you enter Borgos, you get that beautiful jungle-resort feeling — lush, green, peaceful, and completely surrounded by nature. The views are absolutely gorgeous and make the stay feel like a proper escape from the city. The staff were genuinely warm, friendly, and helpful. What I especially loved was how effortlessly we could arrange our Kaziranga safari directly from the reception. Everything was handled smoothly, without any hassle or unnecessary running around. We also tried the spa, and it was honestly amazing — exactly what you want after a long day of exploring the national park. And the food deserves a special mention. It was next-level awesome! From the quality to the flavours, every meal was something we genuinely looked forward to. Overall, Borgos gets the balance right between jungle ambience, comfort, hospitality, great views, spa relaxation, and fantastic food. If you’re visiting Kaziranga and want a resort that feels immersed in nature while still giving you a comfortable, premium experience, Borgos is definitely worth considering.

    The property is a reputed one since many years but it was my first visit. It lies about 2 kms from the highway. The property is beautifully crafted. There are numerous plants that will give you a jungle vibe. They infact have made a small jungle within the property. The entrance, reception area and the passages are nicely decorated with pictures and handicrafts that will get one many instagrammable spots. The rooms are quite well maintained. We booked a premium room which was very spacious and was nature facing that meant the balcony had a view of their jungle that I mentioned before. The rooms and the overall property was very clean and we happened to meet Mr. Monjit and Mr. Pobitra who were part of the team responsible for it. They have two dine in restuarants- Juihal serves Assamese cuisine and Elephantine (if I remember the name correctly) is the multi-cuisine resturant. Both serve delicious meals and the price is reasonable for a 4 star hotel. The staff is courteous and service prompt. They took care of our infant keeping her entertained as we dined. They also provided complimentary baby food, preparing it as per our direction. A few things which can be improved- 1) The property has many stairs which are well spaced and not steep. There are no lifts but ramps available which makes the property wheelchair accessible. The problem however is with rooms which are on second or third floor. Our room was in the second floor and there was no ramp or lift and use of stairs is mandatory. So rooms on higher floors are not wheelchair friendly. Maybe they can introduce ramps to solve the problem. 2) Improvement on bed mattresses as the one we had was the spongy kind. Coir mattresses can be relaxing for the back. Overall it's a great property. We visited during the off season when the park was closed. Hopefully they maintain the same amount of promptness and professionalism during peak seasons too. Wish them all the best and look forward to visiting them again in the future.

    The mini bar wasn’t working..swimming pool was dirty.. No proper breakfast layout..bakery items were super cold and hard as stone..
