    The hotel is along the highway, very accessible. It's clean and staff are nice.

    The highlight of their online photos is the swimming pool, but pool access was denied to us for the reason that booking was done online! Nowhere it says online that such booking are subject to an additional charge for the pool. It is strange that people book online are considered second class customers! Plus, the staff was very unfriendly. Further, there was a mild electric shock coming from the geyser knob in the shower (which was "rectified" by covering the knob with an insulation tape). Also, water was leaking into the room from the air conditioner. Altogether the stay was uncomfortable!

    Location is convenient and within walking distance of 7-Eleven and McDonald’s. Bed was comfortable. Check-in was easy and hassle-free. However, the room was too expensive for the quality and amenities provided. There were no toiletries or breakfast included, and I had to request a towel. The air conditioning in the first room assigned to me was not working, so I was transferred to another room. Unfortunately, the second room had water leaking from the wall near the CR. There was also no doormat or rug. The location is good, but the facilities and service did not feel worth the price.
