Place is along the main road, near Robinsons San Nicolas, 5 stars. Room was clean but it smelled musty maybe because it was rainy season. Rate I got in agoda was higher than the published rate

Great location. Bit expense.

This hotel's got a hidden gem of a management team! 😊 Staff are super courteous and go above and beyond. Rooms are clean and comfy, amenities are standard. The catch? Breakfast is just okay, and the price tag's a bit hefty. But if you're looking for a hassle-free stay with people who genuinely care, it's worth considering. Plus, the location's great! 👌

Initial room given to us filled me with revulsion and disgust. Bathroom sink and tiles chipped. Faucet scratched, sheen gone. Big hole on the wall. Few bugs flying inside the bathroom. Requested a transfer to another room. Other room also with chipped tiles, line of dark discoloration in areas where the tiles meet the walls. Sometimes there was a stench of sewer in the bathroom. I let the exhaust fan on most of the time to get rid of the smell. The walls of the room appeared painted by amateurs as defects were still visible. Based on the condition of the two rooms I was in, it’s quite obvious the facility is dated and efforts to maintain a high-end appearance failed. Housekeeping however do a good job keeping the wooden floors lustrous. The staff is the saving grace of this hotel. They are courteous, pleasant, attentive and demeanor exemplifying customer service. Bottom line, the place has seen better days.
