When I arrived the front desk lady was rude bc she was otw out to smoke a cigarette and I inconvenienced her. I go to me room which at 1st seemed ok then I went to fill my dog water bowl and there was a puddle of water on the floor didn't think much of it then my husband went to shower and there was water all over the bathroom floor at least and inçh deep we looked up and there was water dripping from the light fixture and water all inside of it the light wouldn't turn on . Front desk lady disappeared I went you to the front desk not there looked out front around the side not there . I went back to my room called no answer and did this for better of 2 hours with no answer. Day shift told me I should have told the night shift and there was nothing she would do or to contact agado
