Good to be back, property has a new name, great location for disabled person using a bus, plenty of restaurants and bus stops, right down the street from the Pinellas County courthouse and Pinellas County jail.
Front counter is very responsive, maintenance has been very thorough ... unfortunately, this property gets very busy at times, availability becomes scarce, prices go up fast, and some rooms are noticeably better than others, encountering a lot of regular maintenance issues while some rooms get more use than others.
No longer staying in Tarpon Springs my go-to hotel property in Clearwater is Sonesta Simply Suites ... some advice, make reservations ahead of time to ensure availability.

only 6-7 minutes to CLEARWATER AIRPORT...Nice kitchen, good size tv and desk....not real close to any eating places...on a side road...very quiet
