Very poor place, very poor cleanliness in showers, and toilets, often the facilities are not working, cockroaches in every part of the building and rooms. Stains on sheets ripped pillow case, curtains have never been washed since they have been put in, covered in stains and smells.

RDC is very unclean the toilets don't flush and always smell, the showers are never cleaned, human hair and rubbish is often found in the shower, other people use the showers as there own personal laundry room, I just throw the clothes outside the door. There is no cctv that is working, quite often items get stolen from the rooms due to the locks being broken, there is no maintenance as shower lights often stay broken for days on end. Cockroaches infest every room and public areas, sheets and pillow cases often have stains or ripped. Staff are uncooperative, other guests often argue, cause a disturbance to other guests, and when reported, often ignored. The only good thing is it is cheap, no fire escapes or regulations to be seen, no fire extinguisher can be seen anywhere throughout the property, even though guests are aloud to use electric items that could be a fire hazard, staff come and go, often new staff arrive that have never had any training.
