    I was impressed with the room upgrade to a panoramic view, which was beautiful. The staff provided excellent service. We will definitely be back to stay again soon.

    I love the hotel, the room and the pools but don’t eat at the Fish Bar. This was the worst Thai Food I had in my life .

    We had a very pleasant stay overall. The staff provided excellent service, the hotel atmosphere was lovely, and the food was delicious. However, we noticed bird droppings on one of the water bottles, and the outdoor dining area did not appear to be very clean. We hope the hotel can improve its cleanliness and hygiene standards in these areas.

    The place itself is nice. Decorated well, the room is spacious (we booked premiere room) with a good view of the sea. We also had lunch and dinner at Fish Bar and C Salt and they looked nice. The spa was so beautiful, and the massage was nice. However, everywhere we dined, the food was hardly adequate. We were served cold grilled prawns at Fish Bar and the breakfast buffet was average at best. Staff were lovely and service-minded although there really weren’t enough of them. We always had to wait for everything because of the shortage of staff. Overall, the hotel isn’t bad enough for someone to say no, not again ever. But also, not memorable. It’s just an okay experience.
