It was fairly peaceful. It was in a quiet area and the staff were friendly.
Just a small thing that there is a low wall on the left side of the entrance as you go out. If you park there, be careful not to hit your car door on it and scratch it (as my wife did).

- Great staff - Great beach location with the sound of the sea in the room - Accepted our dog and gave us the end room with a small garden area which was perfect - Large, spacious room - Lovely pool
- Needs some maintenance in some places - Breakfast was just ok - Public playing incredibly loud music from their cars until late into the night right next door - Very expensive for what it is but mostly paying for seats view

Good bed, water was hot and pressure good. The room was a two-level room, it was a pleasant surprise. The view of the sea right next door was spectacular and the sound of the waves was restful to hear. From here it was also easy to go to Koh Samet for a day tour.
