Loved My Stay at Rangsiya Hotel & Boutique!
Stayed at Rangsiya Hotel and Boutique for a short trip and honestly had such a good experience. The room and bathroom were spotless, and everything felt well-maintained and fresh. The interior has this clean, modern, boutique style — definitely a photogenic spot if you like capturing your stay vibes 😄
The staff were extremely friendly and helped us with whatever we needed right away. Also, the Wi-Fi was strong, which is always a big plus for me.
Location-wise, it’s pretty convenient for getting around, and the overall environment felt quiet and comfortable — great for resting after a long day of exploring.

เข้าพักที่นี่เป็นครั้งที่ 5 ปกติเราจองเพื่อใช้นอนอย่างเดียวไม่ได้ใช้ฟังชั่นอื่นๆเพราะส่วนมากไปอินตอนเย็นไม่ก็ดึก
1.ครั้งแรกที่ไปพักเคยคอมเพลนพนักงานผู้หญิงที่ใส่แว่น วันนั้นเราทำของตกพนักงานไม่มีการช่วยเหลือใดๆ หรือคำพูดใดๆ ซึ่งไม่มีทักษะของพนักงานบริการเลย
2.ครั้งล่าสุดที่ไปพักคือจองห้องและเลือกเป็นเตียงเดี่ยว แต่พอไปเช็คอินได้ห้องเตียงคู่ เลยขอเปลี่ยน เขาบอกห้องเต็ม งั้นเลยขอช่วยชิดเตียงแล้วปูท็อปเปอร์หรือผ้ารองแล้วปูผ้าปูเตียงใหญ่ พนักงานผู้หญิงตอบกลับว่าทำไม่ได้แม่บ้านกลับแล้ว เราก็เลยอ่าว งั้นให้ทำไงทั้งที่จองเตียงเดี่ยว ซึ่งเราเป็นแขกที่ไปพักถึง 5 ครั้งแล้ว น่าจะจำได้ว่าเรานอนเตียงเดี่ยวมาตลอด หลังจากที่เราเริ่มหงุดหงิดพนักงานเลยบอกว่าเดี๋ยวชิดเตียงแล้วเอาผ้าขนหนูมาอุดร่องให้ งงมากกับคำตอบนี้ เราทำงานโรงแรมเหมือนกัน ในกรณีที่ไม่มีแม่บ้านแล้ว พนักงานฟร้อนต้องทำให้ลูกค้าเองค่ะ ไม่ใช่รอแต่แม่บ้านอนแม่บ้านไม่มีเลยไม่ทำให้ลูกค้างี้หรอ เสียความรู้สึกๆ
3.ทำของตกใต้เตียงเพราะเตียงที่ดันมาชิดกันแล้วเอาผ้าขนหนูอุดมันแยกออกจากกันเองถ้านอนดิ้นไปมา พอก้มเท่านั้นแหละใต้เตียงสกปรกมาก มีแต่ฝุ่น
เสียความรู้สึกมากทั้งที่เราเลือกพักที่นี่มาตลอด ทางโรงแรมควรเทรนพนักงานใหม่นะคะเรื่องการบริการลูกค้า เราทำงานโรงแรมเราเข้าใจและรู้ว่าระบบเป็นอย่างไร พยายามมองข้ามหลายๆจุดแล้ว แต่ด้านการบริการไม่ไหวจริงๆ
