The room was comfortable and very clean, it had a good size fridge also, the only thing that was an issue was that we had a shared bathroom for the whole floor but the bathrooms were very clean.

the coffee shop refuse to provide for 2 pax of breakfast even we gave them 2 breakfast coupons.
Hotel hoist is friendly and kind but the room is too stuffy , we can't breath well at night.

Location near Folsom is great. The check in staff very nice when you can find them. There are 2 shared bathrooms per floor (about 18 rooms). No problem getting to use a bathroom, but sometimes run out of hot water quickly. Low water pressure. Shower drains are slow so fill up with water. Halls smell slightly like cats. Check in staff rarely there and often don't answer the phone. If you lose your key card you might not be able to get into the hotel at night. Your room key stops working the day of your check out. So if you go to the bathroom at say 1pm, just before you are about to leave, you get locked out of your room and can't get your luggage. No one was at the counter, no one answered the phone. Eventually the cleaning woman came out of her apartment but was refusing to leave her baby in her apartment to let me in to get my luggage so I can make my flight. Eventually after much begging I was allowed in. Only get a room here if it's the best location for you otherwise go elsewhere. Also there is no air conditioner so it can get hot. The windows open with a nice view of the homeless gathering outside on the other side of the street. And there is a red LED light in the window across the street, so someone may be recording the hotel building so you may want to cover yourself in your room or close the wooden window coverings they use rather than blinds which does help keep sunlight out and some of the noise.
