    The rooms is not clean, bathrooms had problems it’s smelly and the sink didn’t flush, need to improve on bedding’s material and bathroom. And I myself am working in customer service too your receptionist needs to be more communicative and explain things more precisely, not saying that they should act overly excited just be a wee more cautious.
