    Situated in new and still developing city blocks, and near the ferry docks. Room is new and modern with CAS door. Bed and linens are fresh. Good lighting choices. Switches and plug near bed. Has a bigger lift/elevator than typical mini hotel. Free water coffee and tea with hot kettle. Everything is well except the plumbing has issue with no air vent so sewage smell is present :-( Night shift reception guy was nice, and informative. A grocery store is within walking distance all other must use app ride (low cost).

    Enjoy the sea view and sea breeze before the expanded sea port to be built on the vacant lot in front of the hotel .

    a few things I would like to say and in hope that the hotel will have these fix before offer the room to guest. * Firstly, the bathroom ceiling was mouldy, and as soon you open the door you can smell the musty smell of mould. * The sheer curtain also had mould, and it was washed or cleaned. * Water temperature for the shower is fluctuated and you can't really adjusted for it to stay at the level of temperature you need. If this not fix, some guest will get burn. * Ants was in the room. * Geckos were everywhere on the walls and ceilings, at one state I had a gecko felt from the ceiling onto my head. The hotel has an excellent view as I had asked for the Ocean view, but these things are need to be attended to by the hotel especially with the mould issue.
