    We checked into the suite. To our surprise, they informed us that they switched off the entire aircon for the whole hotel as it was autumn. In the afternoon the room was very hot as they said that the suite room is facing the sun. I asked if they can do anything about it and they just said no. On my third night, I was having food poisoning and I was really sick. After coming out of the car, I felt really sick and puked at the tree. The staff came out and instead of asking how I was, they were asking my wife which room I was staying. Despite my wife telling the staff that I was sick, they said that I will be fined for puking. There is a guy staff who was really rude the entire time. Please stay away from this hotel. Staffs are really bad. For the hotel, please train your staff to be more customer service friendly.

    The staff and the hotel were excellent and very professional. A great stay with larger than normal rooms. Very relaxing stay.
