We were quite disappointed with our stay at the hotel. The overall appearance was quite rundown, starting with the broken entrance door, which was difficult to open. The hallways and walls were dirty and chipped, which was not awelcoming impression. While the rooms themselves were clean, the bedding, such as the bedspreads, was stained and old. Additionally, our first room had problems with the heater. The manager did change us to another room, but it took some time for a decision to be made. The following morning, we found a note canceling breakfast without prior notice.

When I got to the hotel at 8pm, We asked if we can go in the pool. But they said it was closed. But when traveled through the courtyard of the hotel where the pool was. Signs were posted everywhere saying that it was supposed to be open till 10:00 p.m. and then they didn't even give us permission to swim in the pool when we woke up in the morning because we weren't checked in for the that day. I did not feel like there was hospitality at all
