Death in family needed to check in a few minutes early as wake started at 3pm for family requested a few minutes early check in to change clothes after driving from out of state was told no. I feel a hospitality worker should have tried to help not just refuse. Mold found on muffin in continental breakfast. I recommended this hotel in the past but may reconsider in the future as staff refused to even try to accommodate our request. My brother even offered to pay extra and was refused. It's unfortunate that family from out of state had to go to the wake of our mother late. It was humiliating showing up late due to having to wait to check in.

Staff and everything was great. The walls are very thin which was an issue as the room next to mine were continuously doing the deed. Could not sleep well because of this.

This place is always clean. Most motels in this price range are not. It is very apparent why they continue to win awards.

Room was not the cleanest. The corners of the bathroom had crud in them and the carpet had multiple stains and burns. Additionally the temperature outside was below zero overnight so turning on the heat was necessary. However the thermostat did not work and the heat ran continually. Made the room an oven and very uncomfortable for sleeping. I was unable to turn the heat completely off because then it would’ve been too cold with the outdoor temps being so low.
