Ramada Belize City Princess Hotel

great place for the price. tv was snowy and maintenance was kind enough to try to fix it. it was still somewhat snowy.

The rooms need remodeling new paint windows needed to be cleaned in the rooms the outside pool had no water when I arrived the front of the hotel looked horrible trash everywhere! The cashier area didn’t explain their policy

I had to wait for days for the room to be cleaned. It took 3 days of me calling for anything to be done. I also couldn't get any internet service and when I called the front desk to ask about, they told me to just check the network available and hung up. I called again for my disabled mother and when I thought the lady was helping me little did I know that she had also hung up on me. The staff in the restaurant was nice. Brianna at the front desk was very helpful. Joshua from house keeping was truly helpful in accommodating my mother with little supplies needed for the room. Was not aware of that awful smell that came off the water. I thought it was the sewage. Breakfast was not good they had the same thing over and over again, no variety. At one point the powdered scrambled egg served was watery.. I ordered dinner from the restaurant which was OK, not enough portion. My first time visiting your country and I must say I was a little disappointed. Maybe if I come again and stay at the other Princess the stay would be different. I'm guessing they are the same owners. I went there a couple of times for lunch/dinner, the service was very good. I was told about this hotel from someone who had visited years ago and they were also disappointed in the lack luster treatment my family and I received.
