    We booked the one bedroom house and stayed there for two nights. The homestay was located on the top, near to the Mon Jam view point. The house was at the far left so the view wasn't cover the whole mountain and valleys but it was a very quiet and private home stay. If you want to see the clearer view, I'd recommend to stay at villa or check with the property first for their recommendation. Only some staff can communicate in English but google translate will help you both. As some can speak Burmese , so it was very convenient for us. You can order food from your room. But the restaurant doesn't have moo ka hta. But you can order at the home stay for moo ka hta. They provide toiletries but it'be better if you bring your own toiletries. I would rate the view as 6/10. Cleanliness as 8/10 as they provide daily house keeping.

    Where do I start !!. 😩 Right from the start it was a nightmare. I pulled up and went into the small office and no one was there but waited for 10 mins and no one came so called someone through agenda and then a man came who could hardly speak Thai and definitely couldn’t understand a word of English and asked to look at my booking so I gave him my phone and he wondered off with it and called someone I guess to confirm the booking and then he gave me my phone back and the key for the room!! The view was awesome but when looked at the pool it was very dirty. Then opened the door and was hit by an awful smell of sulphur and thought ok run a few taps and hopefully the drains will clear and it goes away (plus turn air conditioning on) but it lingered ! The smell was so bad I used most of my inhaler as I have asthma really that bad. There’s no fridge or hot water no kettle in the room so it was a full on bad experience the bed was no good and was freezing at night the wind was relentless banging all the panels all night While there I called the women boss and she was so rude service was shocking.And when asked about why no hot water she just didn’t care
