    Superb location on the beach! Very nice rooms and swimming pool! Nice facilities provided on the beach and swimming pool!

    As a Radisson member, I have to say the quality is below average. I start with a positive, location is not too far from beach. Cons: The staff are more interested in talking to one another at desk. The hotel emphasis more on formalities at check in credit card holds etc. No explanation on where things are in the hotel and the facilities. Sent us off with room key and nothing else. Got to room, TV also did not work to display facilities or services. We just resorted to walking around ourselves. Rooms need updating, phones do not dial to any of the displayed services. Stayed 3days and floor not swept or mopped as requested personally to the cleaner. Found rubbish sitting in same place as it was on the 1st day. Our room was above area where Air conditioning units were, so quite noisy. It’s a shame I had high hopes!

    The room i got was on 6th floor in a literal corner, breakfast was not included. There was no oven in the room, fridge and coffee maker were present though. There was not an exhaust fan in the bathroom so got stuffy and had a weird smell. It was loud and noisy, the staff is okayish, not too hospitable. No numbers availble for front desk, room service or housekeeping in case of any issues. Overall doesnt live up to the radisson name and poor value for money

    They charged 40$ per day for beach chairs and umbrella regardless if you want to use or not. This has to be included in the room rent and not to be paid separately.
