A special thank you to Indhika from the Security team for his professionalism, kindness, and genuine willingness to help. He made us feel safe, welcomed, and well looked after from the very beginning. We would also like to express our sincere appreciation to Channa from the Food & Beverage team. His attentive service, warm personality, and dedication to ensuring we had a wonderful dining experience truly stood out. He went above and beyond to make every interaction pleasant and memorable. Both Indhika and Channa are exceptional ambassadors for Radisson Hotel Colombo. Their commitment to guest satisfaction and heartfelt hospitality made a lasting impression on us. For a 4-star hotel, it was a decent stay. The staff and the location was excellent. However, as someone who’s traveling with some work to do, the internet connection was very poor. I could barely use it.

I had a wonderful overnight stay at Radisson Hotel Colombo during my transit\. The hotel was clean, modern, and very comfortable, making it a great place to relax before my next flight\. The room was spotless, well\-maintained, and had everything I needed for a pleasant stay\. One of the highlights was the rooftop restaurant, café, and bar\. The ocean view was absolutely beautiful, especially during the evening, creating a relaxing atmosphere to unwind\. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better\. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and I would definitely recommend Radisson Hotel Colombo to anyone looking for a convenient and pleasant place to stay, whether for a short transit or a longer visit.

The room is spacious and has a partial view of the sea. However it seems that they so not change the beddings (has unusual smell and doesn't look newly washed). When requesting clean room service they do not vacuum the floor. Some staff who clean the room do not provide/change the towels, do not provide water and tissues. The bathroom sink / washbasin is also stuck and the water does not drain. Breakfast has only limited options.
