    I made mistake with my booking date of check-in/out but the staff at the reception was so helpful I think his name is Julius or so and to be honest all the staff were nice and professional. The location was the best, just make sure to hook your room with view.

    We had a great stay at Radisson Blu Royal Hotel. The positives: A big positive for us was the staff. We had a really warm and friendly receptionist, who was very helpful in every aspect. He recommended restaurants around the town for us to check out, as well as gave us some helpful advice. We were also pleasantly surprised by a room upgrade, which we much appreciated and are thankful for. The second big positive for us was the room - it was clean, spacious yet nicely designed. We really enjoyed our stay there and had a comfortable 2 nights stay. What was a little subjective for us was the location. The location was great in a sense that it's right next to the iconic Bryggen area, which allowed us easy access to roam the area. However, we felt there were a few subjective things we didn't like about the location - firstly it was somewhat far from the Bergen Light Rail, so we ended up having to walk 15-20 minutes with our heavy luggage on cobblestone and uneven ground in order to get to our hotel (not a fun experience at all, especially out of a red-eye 16 hr journey). But overall, we had a great stay and would gladly recommend it to friends who may wish to have a longer stay in Bergen... but maybe take a taxi from the train station.

    Room was not properly cleaned . They cleaned room after telling and it was not good cleaning. Hair were on our bed and towel .
