Otel güzel, otopark doluydu biraz, yana park ettik, kahvaltıda da kahve makinası yeterli değildi, onun dışında güzeldi. Plajı da süper değil ama gene de fena da değil.

I booked a Superior Room with partial Seaview and was given a room facing carpark. We checked in at 10pm I requested to have my room changed due to an error. We were given a pool room which was slightly smaller, although staff argued it was the same size and then admitted it was smaller. We couldn’t order room service as the rates were exuberant. - we were told our luggage would be delivered to our room 2hrs later no luggage no apology. - the safe in our room was not bolted and was told this is normal after requesting it be bolted a tradesman was sent to bolt it down. - We had no tea coffee satchels in the room and had to request it. Tea and coffee come bit this time no sugar. - I had to call for extra towels and not enough towels were provided - Fridge wasn’t working and staff argued, that it doesn’t make drinks totally cold, we had to demonstrate it wasn’t working at all and then they changed it, - I called reception multiple times, for all the above with no follow-up and then was told the phone in our room only accepts calls out and reception cannot return calls. - After a long flight we couldn’t relax, have showers or eat - pretty bad start to a holiday Tip: if you want dinner pre purchase it as you will pay $*** AUD off peak for three people for one night compared to $** Euro per night. Alchemy and food at the beach cafe is very high $30 for a burger. $15 AUD for local beer. - I requested an iron 3 times and no iron. So I wasn’t able to wear some of my clothing. - one of our belongings flew off the balcony and was told they would pick-up and bring to our room. No one was in touch and then was told to check lost and found, our belonging was not returned. - you can try complain at this hotel but it will fall on deaf ears - house keeping was not always consistent, bin was left on the desk with no lining, no toilet paper supplied on some days. No hand soap provided, and room was not always vacuumed It was very tiring calling reception on daily basis, to follow-up. Facilities are great but the service needs a long wayyyyy to go to be considered a 5 star rating.
