The hotel was exactly what we needed before we caught the train in the morning. Great facilities, easy check in/ check out, wonderful staff, clean room and amenities all worked well. I highly recommend this hotel if you are staying in this area of Bangkok

First, the positives:
1. The host family is genuinely kind, polite, and welcoming. They’re honestly the main reason I didn’t check out after the first day.
2. The location is excellent. I chose this property because it’s close to a hotel where I’d stayed previously. I was hoping to save some money by choosing a more budget-friendly option, but unfortunately that decision didn’t work out for me.
3. The bed was comfortable, and I slept well during my stay.
Negatives:
1. I hate to say this, but the photos do not accurately represent the property. That kind of mismatch creates a disappointing first impression and feels misleading.
2. The ground-floor patio door did not lock. As a solo male traveler, I managed, but if I were a solo female traveler, I would not feel comfortable staying in that room.
3. If you’re an early riser, be aware that staff generally aren’t available until around 10:00 a.m. This became an issue when I needed assistance. I also had to insist on receiving my security deposit back the day before my 7:00 a.m. flight because I knew no one would be available that morning.
Overall, the family was wonderful, the location was great, and the bed was comfortable. Unfortunately, the inaccurate listing photos, security concerns, and limited staff availability outweighed those positives for me.
