We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment with 2 adults and 2 teenagers. Having 2 bathrooms was fantastic. Apartment was clean and well equipped. Bed was comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.

I booked w Agoda. There are two Quest serviced apmts in Geelong - neither are hotels so the advertising is misleading. I arrived after 9pm at the Esplanade Quest. Reception was closed and no intercom. So i walked the 1.5km to Quest Central with 28kg of luggage as no taxis. They told me to go back to Quest Esplanade and gave me a code. $18.50 taxi ride, code worked but key wouldnt open room door. Called Quest and they sent a lovely lady after about 15mins to replace the batteries in the door lock. All in all a very poor experience, albeit the lady who eventually got me in was excellent. Agoda confirmation doesnt even list the address of the hotel so no way of knowing. Solution - don’t book with Agoda again

Nice place with good facilities and friendly staff. Great location and easy access to geelong ocean road. Only thing if you are requseting for a cot you will get a collapsable one which is not usable at all. Overall a nice place.

On arrival 3 women at reception desk, talking and socialising, no hello or thank you and could barely crack a smile. Asked for room to be made up and it didn't happen though was assured it would happen. When room was "made up" absolutely nothing took place other than replacing a couple of towels. A Tea towel which I left with towels and was obviously to be refreshed, was thrown back into kitchen area "I'm not replacing a tea towel that's not my job". Foyer water fountain remained empty the 4 days I was there. Had to always ask for clothes and or washing liquid as the tray near reception was always empty. Get an overriding and clear feeling that the staff think they are doing you a huge favour and you are getting in the way of them just sitting around being miserable and unhelpful . Id sack all of them .
