Sparkling clean , beautiful room, friendly reception

- great modern suites w’ 9 floors - 5 star 24/7 reception rather then their neighboring same Oaks Vue Suites which is 1 star less also looks lovely. - 701B is gives you a main view Westfield shopping centre, Myer Harvey Norman, Harris Scarf, GMHBA stadium to the left and waterfront if looking to the right of the balcony which is nice size with thick frosted glass balcony protection yet doesn’t obstruct the view. -the place had charm because it still features the original stained glass window in foyer with the most magnificent higher then ceiling to above your head on entry almost missed seeing it because it’s quite high and if you don’t look up it’d be very easy to miss it and not even realize it’s there even though it’s a grand entrance piece ‘hold your head up when entering the hotel look up then turn right straight to reception. Rooms were carpeted which was lovely and clean Bathroom Seemed pretty newly tiled Bath is amazing because it’s a great sized spa bath very clean with both central taps and central manual plug if you so wish, hand and body lotion is great quality incredibly foamy I no doubt used too much next minute jets had created the bubble spa bath of your dreams. - jets aren’t overly loud barely noticed them but knew they were on. -sure toilet in this particular room is within the bathroom bounds yet you also get a lovely long shower. - spa is so close to toilet that one could wee from spa to toilet no problems asked I didn’t dare try lol but I suppose one could if they felt they were going to be mid to strong stream lol - beds and bedding were comfy yet bed lights a little high and a little too far away but can just reach it from bed but only if one has good reach. - bottl’o’ was quiet couldn’t hear much road noise from 7floors up just the occasional Saturday night tall poppy syndrome as my late father calls it lol -Excellent water pressure all fittings all locations water held consistent temperatures easy to get right nice new taps and fittings. - staff were approachable and friendly and even cared enough to come up and manual lock our balcony later in the afternoon/even to keep our son from being the next tears in heaven and offered to open it up later when he was asleep or something as they only have a master key not one you can boomerang type thing which is to be expected, lifts were functional and quiet no concerns there nice modern tap cards too with a hole in the pouch so you don’t even have to pull out your car you can just tap the pouch smart card pouch or whoever thought of that is a genius.

Great room with great location. Windows were very dirty.
