    We stayed at Queenswood Cottage in Nuwara Eliya for 3 wonderful days, and it was truly an amazing experience from start to finish. The location is superb and very convenient, making it easy to explore the cool and scenic surroundings of Nuwara Eliya while still enjoying a peaceful and comfortable stay. During our stay, we spent 2 nights in the suites and 1 night in a double room with a bathtub. Both room types were clean, cozy, and beautifully maintained. The suites were especially spacious and relaxing, while the bathtub room added a lovely touch of comfort and luxury to our trip. Every detail in the rooms made us feel warm and well taken care of in the cold weather. A very special thank you to Dilani, the receptionist, for her exceptional hospitality. She was extremely kind, helpful, and always welcoming. We truly appreciate her support in making our stay even better, including the thoughtful room upgrade for one day at no extra charge, which made our experience even more memorable. Overall, our stay at Queenswood Cottage was amazing and felt like a home away from home. The staff, service, comfort, and location all came together perfectly. We would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Nuwara Eliya and would definitely love to stay again in the future.

    The service is really good and the food is delicious. The room is average but comfortable. There isn’t a good view from the room area, but I would still recommend this place for a stay — just not for relaxing.
