    When I booked this hotel a few months before our stay there,reviews were quite good. Few months later they were pretty bad. I didn't know what to expect. We stayed there for 4 night, long enough to work out an opinion about this place. I must say it was realy good. Staff was friendly and helpful. I had parking space at the hotel parking, closed for the night, so ma car was safe. Room was clean. Everyday our room was cleaned, soap, toilet papier and shampoos replenished. Fresh towels everyday. Quite at night, no noise whatsoever. Aircon working fine. Good location. Only thing I can complain about is realy silly-lack of kettle and outdated layout in the room also bathroom, but who cares?everything was working fine and was clean. I still cannot figur it out, what was the sudden turn in reviews from good ones to very bad ones. I would happily book this hotel again. Thank you!

    The location was convenient for us as we looked for a hotel near a metro station at an affordable price. The staff was very nice and helpful. Sleep quality was positive. Our room was a bit small for all our luggage as we're on a big family holiday with a toddler (large suitcase, buggy, etc), but it would be ok for someone with a small suitcase and backpacks. The room was clean.

    Location is an unique advantages. Besides, No room wifi, buffet breakfast changed into one bread and a drink due to restaurant renovation , cannot be acceptable, air condition failure and changed into a fan only. Poor manner from front desk gentlemen. So many negative experience. Definitely will not stay again.

    The hotel interior and furniture , carpet were old and worn out. The beds were clean and comfortable. Thr bathroom was old but clean. The breakfast was nice. Very close to the Vatican and walking distance to a metro station.
