    This wasn't my first time staying at this hotel. This time we stayed for three nights. The first night, my husband heard noises under the bed, but he didn't tell me; he just heard them vaguely. The second night, I wanted to call the front desk to order coffee, but the phone was not working and I couldn't get through. That was fine, but when I went to dry my hair after washing it, the hairdryer wouldn't start. I checked the power cord and everything seemed fine, but the hairdryer just wouldn't turn on. My hair was still wet when I went to the front desk. They sent someone to check, and it turned out the phone line was broken! It was unbelievable; I checked everything very carefully, it was fine, just the phone was dead. The staff checked the hairdryer and said I hadn't opened the switch. It's like I was blind! Such a big switch, how could I not see it? Later, I heard noises under the bed again in the middle of the night, but I ignore and continue sleeping. The sound grew louder and louder, like someone was shaking the bed. I couldn't sleep anymore, so I sat up. Since our room had two single beds, we sat on the other bed, but the sound kept going, even when we weren't on the bed. Finally, I called the front desk, and a staff member came up. The sound stopped, and we immediately changed rooms. It was truly a very eerie sound. I've traveled abroad many times, and this is the first time I've encountered something like this.

    Hotel is old and a maze, with no proper direction, I was lost, could not find my room since there are no proper directions or indicators, the car park was full, difficulty trying to swipe the cards to enter. Luckily someone helped me to drive in. Had to climb stairs with my luggage, lifts are at far ends and could not find it till later and it was raining at that time. Very bad experiance.
