Agoda’s Preis erhöht sich bei der Auswahl um die Kurtaxe. Dann informiert, Agoda dass der Preis inkl. allen Steuern und Taxen ist. Aber dann muss man die Kurtaxe im Hotel noch nachzahlen. Duschen haben erhebliche kalkspuren und Garnituren sind locker und haben Beschädigungen.

We booked a room which says ‘with lake view’, but actually not. The hotel lady said I had some misunderstanding that it should had been ’partially lake view’.

We only saw two members of staff over the two days we stayed, both receptionists. On our first night I was kept awake with the noise of the motorway. The second night we moved to the other side of the hotel and it was better.
