    Room was neat and clean and quite spacious. Staff friendly. Double glazed windows provide a quiet environment while enjoying the view outside. The hotel lies at the heart of Sydney central therefore public transport and all amenities are pretty close.

    This place is terrible. First POSH hotel does not exist anymore and why Agoda is still selling the rooms ! I have BIG difficulties to find the hotel and ended up at Sydney Riseon Hotel which was previously POSH! to make matter worse, the front desk told me there's no POSH hotel! But later he found my booking actually on the Sydney Riseon hotel computer screen and finally accepted me into RISEON. WHY AGODA IS STILL SELLING POSH HOTEL WHICH IS NOT EXIST! VERY MISLEADING TO THE CUSTOMER. I HAVE TO ASK MY TAXI TO GO AROUND LOOKING FOR THE HOTEL NO MORE THERE AT 9PM! THIS IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE TO THE PUBLIC. DOES AGODA KNOW THIS HOTEL IS NO MORE EXIST? PLEASE CHECK WITH GOGGLE MAP. IT ALSO STATED IN AGODA WEB PAGE THAT THIS HOTEL PROVIDE PARKING WHICH IS ALSO NOT TRUE! I FELT I AM VERY MUCH CHEATED BY AGODA.
