waste of money.. super dirty (coachroach everywhere) their amenities are obviously older than ur grandma.. and their stupid rules are absurd. Imagine paying 4k for 24 hrs only and not allowed to go out? its mandatory that u stay inside the unit once checked in.. what a stupid rule. i regret ever choosing this avida in smdc residences tower 2. whoever the owner of this unit is.. is a liar.. said beds are queen.. its far from it.. the lights are flickering on top of the coachroaches. Finish that with their stupid rules - u just wasted ur money and ur day

I mean if you are going to spend more than a dime for a stay,It will be better to no. 1 is cleanliness,Its kinda not organized to be exact.The Shower caddy is in the kitchen and most importantly the bed sheets has discoloration for someone that is tired and will pay it should be at least decent,There is hair on the drain and black like molds on the shower.What I meant on top of the booking fee you have to pay for 400/head of cleaning fees and a security deposit,We felt that it should be indicated on the listings what if its an emergency and we stay unprepared then we end up looking for a different location in a late afternoon.One more thing the attendant has a glary judgement eyes when we are discussing the sec. deposit reimbursement and payments.Its normal to asks and then she even stayed on the room even if everything was setup like we are here to rest yet you stayed for a good 15 minutes to observe as if we didn't pay in advance for the booking.
Lastly they will reimburse the security deposit hence it will take you a whole afternoon and several updates because its the owner that will wire you back the money which added my irritation on the experience.
