We were impressed with our room size, and bathroom. The hotel was walking distance to main attractions and restaurants. The view of the volcano at breakfast was beautiful.

Amazing property but only if you have the right room.
After paying a hefty per night charge compared to neighbouring properties, imagine when I saw myself ushered into a small cave-like room with no windows and barely any room to breathe.
A tantrum and a complaint later (combined with a threat to check out and get a refund) I was upgraded to a nice room.
Their breakfast is spectacular as is the location.
Just don't get sucked into the 'cave'.
